Simon Barratt

CEO & Co-Founder

Simon began programming at age 6 and joined the gaming industry in 1999.

Simon spent 10 years running games studio Four Door Lemon, developing 50+ games, including pioneering AR titles.

In 2016 he co-founded Cooperative Innovations to specialize in multi-user virtual world technologies.

A long-time VR/AR enthusiast, Simon is a SpecialEffect charity ambassador, BAFTA member and Ukie trade association board member. Simon also helped the University of Leeds in developing and delivering its High Performance Graphics and Games Engineering masters course.

Brian Marshall

CTO & Co-Founder

Brian is a BAFTA winning programmer with over 25 years’ industry experience.

He has expertise across all elements of engine development, having created many game genres, and has a strong handle on technical art, design and production elements.

His specialties include optimization, tool and technology development, problem solving, and making games engines and tools.
